​​Project Prioritization Tool Overview

The Project Prioritization tool includes two main sections: the Top Priorities section and the Current Project List section. The Current Project List allows agencies to review projects ranked during the last year’s (FYP) prioritization process.

Within this table, agencies can add new projects, edit existing projects (names and descriptions), and updated rankings. While ranking, agencies highest-ranked items will automatically populate in the Top Priorities section. If an agency wishes to include projects previously identified through past adopted ACHD plans/efforts/public requests or processes, they can navigate to the All Projects tab to view the complete ACHD project database. From there, projects can be transferred to the Current Project List for inclusion in the prioritization process. At the bottom of the tool, a Print option is available, allowing the agency to generate a printable version of the Current Project List. This print view includes key project details such as Design Year, Right-of-Way Year, and Construction Year.
